Beloved husband for 60 years of Thérèse (Tessier) Belanger. Loving father of Raymonde Dionne (Jo-Ann), Marie Savoie (Denis), Charles Belanger (Marsha), Lise Geneau (Robert) and Andre Belanger all of Cornwall. Cherished grandfather of 10 grandchildren and of 7 great-grandchildren. Beloved son of the late William Belanger and the late Marie-Louise (Dumas) Belanger. Dear brother of Beatrice McCabe and Majella Pomerleau both of Cornwall. Predeceased by 5 brothers and one sister. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East, Cornwall (613-933-2841) from 2 p.m Friday. Funeral Saturday, April 10th, 2010 for Mass of Christian Burial in Nativity Co-Cathedral at 10 a.m. Interment Notre-Dame Cemetery. The family will be in attendance from 2 p.m to 4 p.m and 7 p.m to 9 p.m on Friday and from 8:30 a.m until the time of Funeral on Saturday. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
