He was united in marriage to Linda Susan Day on July 25, 1970 in Glendora, California moving to International Falls, Minnesota in February 1972 to operate for 5 years and then later own Genuine Auto Parts (NAPA) for 15 years. He and his family relocated to the Warroad area in 1992 where he was employed with Marvin Windows until his illness in 2003. Taking advantage of Marvin Windows's educational opportunities he graduated in May 2004. He made many lifelong friends while working at Marvin Windows and attending school in Warroad.
He was an avid sportsman until his illness, following his children in hockey, football and enjoyed hunting, fishing and golf. He will always be remembered for his quick wit, a new joke, remembering names and faces, and unconditional love for his family. He will be greatly missed by his devoted family and friends...»
