Phyllis TESSIER

Phyllis Tessier 1929-2019

Gardner - Phyllis E. (Tessier) DiPrima, 90, of Gardner, died November 14, 2019, in Manor on the Hill, Leominster.  She was born July 30, 1929, in Leominster, daughter of the late Armand and Doris (Legere) Tessier.  Phyllis  was Pro Shop Manager at Monoosnock Country Club and had been a crisis worker at Lipton Mental Health for 20 years.  She was a member of Central Mass Women's Golf League.

Phyllis is survived by a son, William Allen of Leominster and two daughters; Paula DiPerri of Sterling, MA and Jane Lapointe of Gardner, along with grandchildren; Melissa Feller, Megan Dempsey, Mario Di Perri, Daniel Lapointe and Andrew Iannuzzi.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, November 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc.,109 West St., Leominster.  Burial will follow in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Fitchburg.  There are no calling hours.

Phyllis est l'arrière petite-fille d'Israël Tessier et de Philomène Forrest,  briqueleur de la ville de Leominster, au Massachusetts.   Originaire de la paroisse Saint-Félix-de-Valois, dans la région de Lanaudière, Israël devenu veuf en 1891, s'est remarié à Leominster en 1895.
