Judy Kay BELL wife, mother and grandmother passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at her home with her family at her side. Age 69 years. She was born November 20, 1946 in Bay City and has resided here all of her life. Judy graduated from Bay City Central High School, Bayshire Beauty Academy and was a licensed beautician. She had a great love for children, was known as “Grandma” to many and most of all she enjoyed spending time at her home.
On June 15, 1990 she married her husband of 27 years Gregory Michael TACEY in their home and he is left to cherish her memories along with two sons...

She was preceded in death by her parents; Donald Bell and Marie Maxwell.
