TESSIER, Robert "Bob" - In Loving Memory of Robert "Bob" Tessier, 61 years, Saturday morning, December 19, 2015 at Maison Vale Hospice. Dearly missed by Grace. Loving father of Gilbert (Madeline Lemieux), Lianne (Jerry Brown) and Andrea (husband Bill). Dear grandfather of Cole, Gabriel, Jessy, Rhys, Maeve and Matthew. Loving son of Moise "Moe" Tessier (predeceased) and Berthe of Sudbury. Dear brother of Gaetan (Patricia), George (Paulette) of Elliot Lake, Suzanne McFarlane (Charlie) and Nick (wife Jo-anne) of London, ON and the late Gilbert, Rheal, Claire, Rachelle and Colette all predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Bob had his own Roofing and Construction business in Port Stanley and he dealt with Electrolux for over 13 years in London, ON. Bob was very caring and compassionate, always ready to lend a helping hand. He enjoyed sports but hockey was his passion and later in life golf was his #1 hobby. He was an avid fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and his home team the Sudbury Wolves. His favorite past time was singing and playing his guitar especially by the camp fire. Bob belonged to the Moose Lodge and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #564, Lockerby. The family would like to thank Dr. Bora, Dr. Carlson, Dr. Want, Dr. Young and their staff, CCAC, Bayshore Nursing, the Palliative Team, Dr. Walton and the Maison Vale Hospice for the quality care and compassion received during Bob's treatments and his brief stay at the Maison Vale Hospice. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation or Maison Vale Hospice would be appreciated.
