Gisèle Philion 1934-2010

 TESSIER, Gisèle (née Philion) - Peacefully passed away, surrounded by her loving family Thursday, September 9, after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 76 years. Daughter of the late Romuald and of the late Jeanne (née Dion) Fillion. Beloved wife of Roger Tessier of Sudbury. Loving mother of Joanne Tessier (Mario) and Marc Tessier (Jacqueline) both of Sudbury, Lyne St-Denis (Mike) of Val Caron, Manon Tessier (Moe) of Ottawa, Josée Tessier (Rob) of St-Catharines and Daniel Tessier (Leslie) of Garson. Dear sister of René, Gilles, Jeannette and sister- in-law of Suzanne Beaulé (Jean-Guy). Predeceased by her brother-in-law Gilles. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Devon, Zacharie, Dylan, Corey, Cassie, Tyler, Maxime, Markyse and her great- granddaughter Ava-Grace. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Thursday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, September 17, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. in St-Dominique Church, 1241 Diane St. Sudbury.
